the product within 7 days of the original invoice date and we
will provide you a refund, credit or replacement, subject to the

Merchandise Authorization) number.
Conditions All returns must
clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the packages. RMA
numbers are valid for 30 days from the issue date. Please also
enclose a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. All shipping
discrepancies must be reported within five days of receipt. You will
pay freight charges unless the product is damaged or defective.
Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of our invoice date,
in original packaging and in resalable condition in order to receive
a refund, replacement or credit to your account. Otherwise, a
restocking fee will be assessed or the RMA product could be refused.
No credit will be issued after 30 days. A $2.95 handling fee is
assessed for each order under $50.

also do everything in our power to protect user-information
off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive
information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only
employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for

must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave their
desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to re-gain
